Not the old Jack in the Box I remember. I understand inflation but that smash burger was the smallest burger I ever paid $10 for. I should have just waited, I was very disappointed in the value of burger. Everything else was ok clean friendly and inviting.

expect the unexpected i waited 20 min at the register and not was not asked what i wanted to eat or not even i’ll be right with you before i went to the register i went to the bathroom the floor of the bathroom was filthy with toilet paper all over the floors and the toilet seats all wet and hair in the sink. this was the first red flag i knew i should’ve just left. terrible service never will be coming back.

The food was ok not great but just ok. The salads had a mix of greens. My wife and I are old school. We like ICEBERG lettuce. Not mixed house plants. We didn't care for the loud music playing in the background. Way too loud! Very hard to hold a conversation. Service was excellent and we liked the new look!
