What a gem in the valley! We did the tasting and the progression of each course was well paced. The chef is fantastic with sauces and used beans in a really innovative way. My favorite dishes were the gyoza, octopus and black risotto, and tenderloin. The rosemary butter was also a pleasant surprise! I can’t wait to try their brunch offerings. My only suggestion would be to add a drink pairing option to the tasting menu.
We had a wonderful experience today. Everything was enjoyable from the ambiance, service and the FOOD! The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this fine dining delight.

Start with the pastries you can’t go wrong.. tried the enchiladas suizas, the burger and the cochinita chilaquiles they were delicious and very well portioned. Pair it with the peach Bellini and vanilla latte .. would definitely come back
