Despite a mix-up with the steak being overcooked, the attentive manager went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The bug in the salad was a downside, but the bread, stuffed jalapeños, and steak received positive feedback. The restaurant provides a gluten-free menu, although it was presented late for a customer with Celiac disease. Overall, the food quality and service at Saltgrass Steak House are outstanding.
