I didn't like the customer service, the people there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful.They delivered me a meal that was not what I had ordered and the service was a disaster, the food seemed to be thrown on the plate.

This place has terrible service , I went yesterday but didn’t get to put my order in because whenever I get out of work or get sent on break I try going to this store but there’s always a man or a girl who’s always saying the food will take about forty minutes even if it’s just a simple order and they don’t even say it nicely this place has good food but seems like it has a bunch of teens running this place, it’s never clean and around the time I go apparently they don’t have most things on the menu anymore. someone should get this store under control before they start losing more clients such as myself

To be honest, I don't even know where to start this, but well to start I had a terrible morning since I started my day with a flat tire and when I got to work I saw that Taco Palenque were the only ones open which seemed strange to me now. Normally they all open at 10 and I saw them open early and decided to buy and the two young people who served me were very cool even though they seemed too young to work but they honestly made my day with their jokes when they saw that they were looking at me with I want to sleep and not get up. 100000/100 service
AVOID FOOD POISONING If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. In fact, I would give the entire food court a zero. First off, flies are EVERYWHERE. It's disgusting! I ordered lunch here one day before heading back to work, and I didn't eat because I was horrified by what I saw. I watched the girl who was prepping my food touch raw meat and then touch my food with the same gloves that she had touched the raw meat with. When I said something, the other employee told her to switch her gloves, but they didn't bother making me a new plate. Instead I was very rudely told that they were just going to refund my money. I noticed another employee wash their hands after I had said something about the raw food contamination, but instead shook her hands to "dry" off her hands instead of using a paper towel, which defeats the whole purpose of washing one's hands. Another employee questioned how long their salsas had been sitting out because their avocado salsa had turned black. She removed the salsas and tossed them all out immediately after realizing that they had been expired for who knows how long at that point. I get that many of these places are ran by teenagers who don't give af about their job, to them it's just a paycheck, as it should be. So I don't blame the employees, I blame the million dollar company that isn't spending a dime on their employees to provide accurate training. This place should be shut down. I have already reported this restaurant to a health inspector. You'll be getting a visit really soon.

It is 9:27am and the website says this location opens at 9am, but when I got to the counter the lady said they open at 10am. So please do not miss inform the customers. And get your informations correctly.
