Donuts have always been decent and we’ve visited this place for 4 years but will now find a new donut shop. We were the only customer in the store during this encounter so the feedback below was not rush/stress induced. This employee has an attitude and as a paying customer YOU deserve to be served without attitude! She flew through ringing up my items and went to the pay screen. When I asked a simple question to confirm a donut was not added that I wasn’t going to wait for it to be made I was given attitude. After verbally telling me I was idiot I asked for her to go back so I could look at the screen to verify myself. She was flinging the ring up machine around poking at it in frustration all while giving the attitude verbally! I asked for her name and she said “why would I give you that?” So I yelled for the guy in the back to come up. I asked if he was an owner to which he replied “yes”. I gave him my feedback right there in front of the lady and now I’m leaving this feedback for the public. Since she won’t give a name here is a picture for you to know who to avoid if you chose to go in.

This place is absolutely amazing the donuts are fantastic, the employees are so sweet and quick. I just door dashed some donuts from them and it was almost immediately done and they gave me an extra donut as well as more than a dozen mini glazed. It was a little act of kindness but whoever made that I want them to know it made my day and I will only be getting donuts from here now.

Usually would take my kids there because it’s so close to home, never going back. The top tray had a small roach running around on it. When I showed the cashier, she just said oh ok. I asked her if she was gonna pull that tray out??? We left. Nope never

I love this donut shop! There's always a great selection of the freshest donuts, hot and fresh coffee, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Great place if you have little kids too because there are some donuts with little toys! So fun! Great vibes!

I decided to try this place because my normal donut shop was closed. This place was not great at all. The donuts are made very sloppy. The taste seems like they have been sitting out from the night before. The donut holes look like they all have been sat on. Will not be back.

We came in around 10:45 am and they still had aton of donuts left which most donut places are sold out by now (red flag) The donuts were okay to me and my kids but overpriced we spent $16 for 4 donuts and a few small koloaches my husband said his were dry and hard like they were from the day before and their kolaches were gross. We went based off the rating but honestly will not be going back there anytime soon.

I'm fairly new to the area and these donuts are the best I've had! I especially like the raspberry filled ones. Very nice people as well!

Stuff looked fine in the display case. Ordered a few donuts but they were kinda stale. This isn't our usual spot but it was on the way home so we figured, why not? We'll, guess we're sticking to our usual. Would've been nice to have another go-to that was closer. Hopefully it wasn't just a bad day.

The people here are so nice. They are always open during holidays and bad weather. When the roads were bad and everything was closed they stayed open. It's Christmas today and they are open making others happy. This place is definitely the place to go. I always try and support them when I'm in the mood for Donuts!

Love these little perfect bites.And the donut holes... Glazed or Chocolate.... Nom nom nom.This aint a corpo dont-ut shop. This is an artisan creation fresh every dawn local treasure. Their "secret" is out and they sell out of some selections. Plan. Because by the time Timmah, and the soccer team, are on their way to play in Frisco and neeeeeeeeeed their indeterminate sugar fix this shop is as busy as a hive of bees in a daisy field. Cut out the middle man -you- and door dash this to your bathrobe!That takes the "guess what's left" out of limited parking or arriving late in their daily inventory.
