I ordered the oatmeal this morning and not knowing that I had to ask for certain topping it came plain. When I got to work and noticed my mistake, I called the store and talked to Rue (I hope the spelling is correct). She told me what I needed to do and offered to make me a new one with the toppings I wanted. Her customer service is the reason why I will buy from there again. Y'all this is seriously the happiest Starbucks you will ever have the privilege of walking into! Grace, Rufaro and the rest of the staff bring absolute joy to every drink they make. As the drive thru gets busy, instead of becoming short tempered and harried they step up the energy even more cheering each other on. It is such a positive uplifting teamwork atmosphere.

THE BEST Starbucks in McKinney by far!!!! The Manager Rufuro is the sweetest manager and very attentive to what's going on in her store. The baristas are always up bear and talkative and always put a smile on everyone's faces, especially Victor, Kiran, Jess, Kylie, Julie, Evelyn, Grace, Claudia, And Tara.
