Firehouse has always been good at multiple locations but not anymore. I always order online then call to let them know I like to get the tuna and cheese toasted which they do by putting it on a foil and run through the toaster. Today I was told by the manager Fermeen that they don’t do this anymore. They did it last week so I guess policy has changed. Then to cancel my order he wanted to write down my full card number over the phone or have me come in. I’m not doing all that and will be disputing. Awful service and needless to say I will not be going to any firehouse anymore. Subway it is.

The new Chicken Parm meatball on garlic bread is fantastic worth a try but I'll perfer their regular meatballs with the same parm set up? Now that'll sound good I'll try to get that set up and follow up.Parking: Plenty of parking around this locationKid-friendliness: Seems like a place a kid would enjoy interesting atmosphere to look around on.
My wife loves the food here. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Good drink selection.

I ordered the new Hawaiian pork. It was delicious. I took off a star for the cashiers attitude. He was getting upset with me because I took my credit card out to soon. I was doing what the machine was telling me. It’s not fault the credit machine was malfunctioning. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat customers like this on a daily basis.

Went to this location before and had excellent service, today I go and this little guy didn't want to give me my military discount. I asked why and he said that I have to order the combo,,, I said I was in here the other day ordering the same item and received a military discount from your staff, ,the little guy say, well I'm the manager and you have to order the combo , I said I do not want the combo only the sandwich, I do not drink soda, and I don't want any chips, can I just have the sandwich and my military discount,,, ......the staff, is very professional and friendly,,,,, the manager is on a lower level from his staff,,,, i really don't see the differences, a discount is a discount... I would be ashamed and embarrassed to tell anyone that I was manager at firehouse subs and I don't give military discount to soldiers.

Wes is a tremendous asset! Very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to talk
So I come to Firehouse all the time and never have a problem. I usually have good conversation with your manager Wes. But he must have had an off day. He came by and asked if he could take my tray. But I didn’t hear him as I was invested in the work I was doing. He snapped at me and rolled his eye obviously frustrated I didn’t hear him the first time. Can I move your tray. Earlier he was complaining about having to close to another employee. If he doesn’t want to be there, he has a choice. But taking things out on me is not the answer.
This is my first time eating from this establishment. I tried the Hook and Ladder. Although I ordered through Uber Eats and it took them some time to get a delivery driver to pickup my order, the sandwich was prepared well. It was the right temperature, fresh ingredients were used, and overall a great experience with them. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality sandwich in the area.
