Options on the bar have dropped in quality drastically while prices have skyrocketed. We used to love them but probably won't ever go back now. Steak and Carne Asade were both tough and chewy, like glued meat. Not good. Even the basic chicken fried rice from the kids menu was subpar.

Just sad. The food is ok, but the choices have gone down tremendously. The inside is dull and needs to be freshened up. Our waitress was amazing and made the visit here better. She was attentive in the right way and very friendly. I wish a better work environment for her. She's too good to be here. This has been a favorite place of mine in the past. I really do hope they can dig themselves out of the hole they're in. I want so badly want this to be good again.

Food area was clean. Value is horrible. The bowls are so tiny now. The rice was mushy and basically non existent. Bathrooms were disgusting. Our server was really cool, tho.

Worst place to go. I used to love this place was finally in the Dallas area and wanted it got seated and didn’t see a single server for 20 min only to have other people be seated around us we couldn’t even get a water. Got up and left after 30 minutes of waiting and never being scene. Guess I’ll never be back here

My kids love this place, not sure why but they do. The food is fresh and made to order since you literally put your own ingredients in. Today the service was rough. They were friendly, but horribly inefficient. Their computer system went down, which I understand is difficult. But we couldn't get forks or drink refills either. They only had 2 servers that were doing everything, but struggling. They were running in circles not getting anything accomplished. Super nice and trying so hard to keep a smile, but management needs to step in and giving them some assistance.
