Just went in for a 64 and the guy said it's a 10 minute wait and that I came in at the wrong time. I guess the employees can't cook multiple orders at once. This is why I don't come to this store. Nothing but bad problems here. The other mckinney store is so much better.

Placed an online order for pick up the next day for 6 sandwiches, when I went to pick up the order the manager told me they didn’t have my order at all let alone have it ready. When I showed him the email receipt he said the ticket showed the order was needed the previous day which sounded like a made up excuse to me. Now I am late to a work event because Jersey Mikes ordering system apparently doesn’t work anymore.I will say that the staff made the order quickly to recover during busy lunch rush which was really appreciated.

The food is great and the service wasn't this time - its my 2nd time at this location the sandwich ordered wasn't made correctly, and when I mentioned it, I got the look like I was in the wrong. The sandwich was finally made correctly and in all, we were at the store for about 20 min.Vegetarian options: Portobella mushroom and Swiss is a good

Possibly came on a bad evening. This is the location nearest my home and this time the service wasn't as good as its been in the past. There was a long line and the folks moved without energy or purpose. Was disappointed but our sandwiches were completed accurately albeit very slow service. Glad we didn't get a hot sandwich. It would have cooled off this night.

Every time we come here they always mess something up. Today we showed up for a Togo order and they gave someone else our order without knowing. Had to remake our food when we got there. We never have good service here.
Last minute decision for Jersey Mike's for lunch. We both had the #13 Mike's way and then some. All three counter personnel were friendly and delivered service with a smile. A clean dining room and we enjoyed our meals. Next time I'm in the area, I will visit this Jersey Mike's again. I highly recommend it!

Just tried the Salad for the first time here at Jersey Mike's! It rocks! I got the wedge salad. I recommend chipotle mayo sauce instead of Blue Cheese. Thanks everyone! Y'all are awesome! I hope they keep the salads on the menu, I'll definitely be coming back for more!
