The service was good, but the pieces of fish and chicken were so thickly battered, it was gummy and mushy inside and crisp looking on the outside.The batter was thicker than the pieces of fish.Much too much batter.
Food was ok. Got a platter and the box was filled with old fried pieces of breading. Definitely need to clean out their fry basket. Did drive thru and couldn't hear the person, so unfortunately didn't quite get what I wanted. Didn't go inside, but don't think I need to. Seems like a little effort would make a big difference here.

I've always liked Long John Silver's, however I feel like they've been becoming a bit lax on their restaurant's appearance and upkeep. While the food and service is still very good, I am concerned the building is falling into disrepair with broken eaves and weathered external appearance. Renovation might be in order so as to make the place more inviting.This is by no means a critique on the food, I feel the food has improved over the years, being less greasy/oily.
