Bad experience.... not the first time. I order Mcdonald's at this location. 9 times out of 10 I order on the app. When I pick up my order and get home, I missing items . Most cases I don't bother only because my food would get cold trying to get the order corrected. This morning I ordered oatmeal and the oatmeal comes with chopped apples and raisins (amazing by the way) I order the oatmeal almost every morning. I get home...I got oatmeal ,no raisins ,no chopped apples.. so that means no oatmeal because it's a packaged deal. I decided to go back and get the missing items. I go inside and there I was talking to the GENERAL MANAGER Oscar ...don't remember the last name. From the start I noticed Oscar hasn't looked at me at all. I felt like I wasn't acknowledged but I begin to explain my situation and Oscar asked for the physical receipt... I showed him my receipt from my app... Oscar did not accept that. So now we're getting confrontational and I'll wanted was my missing items nothing more, nothing less. Another Employee did fix me fresh oatmeal but again decline....all I wanted was what I paid for. I was shocked by the actions of the General Manager..... but We're not perfect and we all make mistakes. I'm still posting this review. GOOD DAY if you read this long nightmare

This is not a 24 hours place the hours are wrong.like much of the worthless suburbs they roll up the mats early. Some people work late even in the endless suburbs fix your hours.

A relatively busy McDonald's in the McKinney area. Especially busy during breakfast, it's still got a very good accuracy and the food served is what you'd expect, though definitely packed and wrapped carefully. Service speed was very good.

Been coming here for a week for breakfast, coffee and a hash brown. They seem to never get my coffee right, 5 sugars and 3 creams. Either I get the sugars and not the cream. I get the cream and not the sugars, twice I’ve gotten no sugar and no cream. So I thought hmm let me trick the system. So I had them but it on the side, 3 sugars 2 creams. Anyway the hash brown is always good, but the coffee is NEVER right. This is my 7th morning coming, idk why anymore

I went there to pick up an order for uber and there was a manager named tre and I asked him about the order. He was like it’s been already picked up by the customer not by another driver and I was like you’re gonna be receiving a lot of drivers coming to pick up the order, he was like yeah I know I already got five people before you and I was like can you like remake it or cancel it? He was like no you cancel it, I was like but you’re gonna get more drivers and then you’re gonna just waste time for the drivers he was like I don’t care how come you become a manager if you don’t care about customer service and you just talk in the front of your employees for real shame on you And I hope there’s other people they don’t care about your time too

Grabbed my favorite, the Sausage Egg McMuffin drive through using the app. Redeemed it as a free reward. Although there was no line, it was there waiting for me when I pulled up. It was made perfectly and was as hot as if it just came off the grill.If you aren't using the McD app, you should. You'll be surprised how fast the rewards add up and all the great offers in it.

The service was nice but I ordered 3 hotcakes w sausages sub for bacon on 2 and one was add bacon with the sausage. Two was correct and one was wrong, that was fine. As I am eating I found hair between the pancake and my stomach turned, I’ve been calling them, they don’t never answer the phone. I’ve called 6 times and no answer on neither call.

The manager refused to take my order because they were busy and told me to use the kiosk. I don't know how to use that machine and don't care to learn. If you have time to stand at a cash register then you have time to take people's orders. They permanently lost me as a customer.

We had an issue with our Uber Eats order, they did not deliver the fries. My husband and I went to the restaurant where the manager, Johan, helped us. Johan was so professional, remade our entire order AND included some cookies for the inconvenience. My family orders from this location all the time and whenever there had been an issue in the past it has never been resolved as seamlessly as it was with Johan. To the owners, corporate or franchise, he is a valuable employee!!! He deserves a huge raise!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN JOHAN!!!!
