I've been to this McDonald at 5251 University Dr. in McKinney quite a few times. Lately when done with ordered the foods through their touch screen display, there was no hand sanitizer or dispensers completely empty at both touch screen terminals.I mentioned it to the person behind the counter and he said I should use the restroom to clean the hands. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager to escalate why hand sanitizer not available for a few times already when I visited this store, a different person from the kitchen approach and I explained to him the problem, his response was just use the restroom to clean hands. To me it's not the same when these terminals are use by many McDonald's customer and the virus, bacteria can spread to other users of these terminals as well if they're not keeping hands clean in this restaurant. When asked the second person claimed he is supervisor/manger what is his name since he doesn't wear the name tag. He just turned and walked back to the kitchen without answering my question.Note: Other McDonald's near by DO have hand sanitizer available (402 N. Central Expy, McKinney) or if it's out, the McDonald staff there acknowledge it and said they would re-fill it right away.

I drove into the drive through to get a Diet Coke. It is a two lane drive though. They might be expecting lots of customers, but it was just me and one other car. I wait and I waited. 10 minutes later they finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered one large Diet Coke with extra ice. The lady said - drive to the last window please. I drove around. There were 3 windows. I drove past the first one and the lady yelled at me - aren't you gonna pay? I was able to pay at the second window. Got my soda at the 3rd window. No extra ice. Wow, what a terrible business. I won't be back.
I hate leaving reviews like this. But, the girl I encountered in the drive thru this evening was WILD! I have never in my life been do disrespected over a McDouble, Med Fry and cup of water. Unbelievable…

Why did I give McDonald's 5 stars? It's new, very clean, staff and management are nice, helpful, and professional, and the food is exactly what I expect from a good McDonald's. Consistency! Also, the new McDonald's technology provides an opportunity to view the future in fast food. I really enjoyed my experience! So, a "Texas Tip" to you McDonald's!
