Typical Starbucks experience. Friendly staff, warm and cozy atmosphere, and Starbucks standard for food and drinks. I ordered a Gingerbread flavored drink and it was divine. I usually don't like hot beverages but the batista gave me a tip to order them "warm" or "kid's temp" which made it easy to drink without burning my tongue.

I ordered an ice coffee online & I arrived 30 minutes late I’m new to the area. I asked kindly if they can remake the drink it’s been sitting there for 33 minutes and they said the drink is fine & I asked again when I took a sip it tasted like water The ice coffee was 10 dollars .

Allison and Kc are the absolute best. Every time I come in they greet with smile. Coffee always perfect. Banana bread is amazing and would be 100 if they could leave it in the bag if not warned. Why Contaminate the did if not warning????? Keep in original package... you can still skip it in the Starbucks paper. Everything else is perfect. The one on 121 and watters... yuck... have a great bay.

This is “Our Starbucks” - we know the entire staff by name, and they all know ours! Always super friendly and always accurate with our drinks. We usually don’t even have to order our four Puppucinos before they are ready for us.Forget the fact this is a National chain: this is a local coffee shop!
Mixed bag! This location is inside a Kroger and was the only on our route home still open, otherwisewe would've left. The young man watched us walk up to the counter but proceeded past us to do whatever he did without even acknowledging us! When he finally did, he was cordial and our drinks were really good, thus the overall 4 stars. If I lived in the area I would not return to this location though.

During our recent stay in Brooklyn we went to this Starbucks twice. Each time the sidewalk in front of the restaurant was extremely filthy. It's embarrassing to think that the manager overlooks this horrible sight in front of his establishment every morning when he/she goes into work. If I was running the restaurant that would be the first thing I did before I turned the key to open the door for my customers, I would clean the sidewalk and make it absolutely pristine. Because what's on the outside of the building makes you wonder what's really happening on the inside of the restaurant.I wish I would have taken photographs and added them to this review. That way everybody else could see how horrible it looked.

Philip needs to be trained on ADA requirements, I was told to leave due to my dog being in the store, he then proceeded to say that I was required to show proof of him being my service animal. This is NOT true and I legally have no obligation to provide paperwork proving his status. I would encourage you to do better in educating your workers. The ADA prohibits people from asking to see documentation proving an animal is a service dog.
