Staff was completely rude. A guy and a pregnant girl took my order. The guy acted like I was a complete inconvenience. Then when I checked out the pregnant girl literally shoved the stuff at me and was rude. If you hate your job quit. Staff at the El Dorado in Lake Forest location much friendlier and actually put toppings on your sandwich.

Holy hell what is happening at this location.They have made 4 horrible hires at this location and if you've been here before then you know exactly who I'm talking about. These 4 employees obviously have some issues up stairs so I can not blame them. The management here should be replaced because of how badly they have set their team up for failure. You have all 4 employees moving as one single brain cell repeating the same sentence 15+ times. You have to correct each team member to get them to pick the correct items. This is insanity.DO NOT ENTER. RUN.

I really dislike the older female employee that works at this location. She's always very bossy and abrasive when she asks patrons what size, what bread and the ingredients they want. She always complaining when the toaster and phone rings. Today, she looked up at the 5 of us patrons standing in line, and said "Sorry, we're going as fast as we can....there's only two of us here!". All of us in line looked at each other with looks of confusion, and I said "No worries, no one is complaining". Then she says under her breathe, "Well, someone will leave a bad review". So here I am! Leaving a bad review just like she suspected! If she would just make the sandwiches, be nice, quit complaining about the bread buzzers going off or the phone ringing, I would frequent this Subway a lot more....but she's such a put off, that I find myself driving way out of the way to go to Jersey Mikes.

I think Subway has lost their way. Probably explains the declining # of stores you see these days. Recent purchase of sandwiches found me with very tuff bread, could not eat it. Submitted survey, said they were sorry. Want me to try them again. HA HA! Not happening. Good luck to SW.

Better than average subway location. Overall the sandwiches are above average for a Subway. Unfortunately, when ordering online with the App they have not met their completion time 3 out of 4 times. Expect to wait a few minutes for your sandwich.

The sandwiches are quite good. The staff and manager are friendly and responsive. BUT two times in a row, the sandwich baristas rub their black Subway shirts in the insides of your sandwich as they are reaching forward to grab the vegetables. This is just GROSS, unsanitary and ILLEGAL!

Worst customer service, worst attitudes, nothing is ever stocked, food quality is just poor. The family that works there clearly hates their job and the store is dirty, this place needs a owner that actually cares !

They no longer have chicken chopped, it's now ground chicken which is terrible.They also overcharged me.I bought a 6 inch and 12 inch sandwich, which I didn't notice until I got homeAlso too much talking to guest and very slow.This is my last subway visit?

The taste and quality of sub depends on who makes it. I’ve been to this place multiple times but yesterday I had a best sub ever in terms of quality and the way it was made by a lady working at this location(Timra).The way she made my sub was really cool and awesome customer service.
Yall atleast need some gah dayum febreze in that stank a** bathroom!!! i literally threw up in my mouth when I entered this restroom, yet I continued to use the restroom as I experienced a rather dire emergency

Walked into this subway at 6:30 pm today (day BEFORE thanksgiving) and two goofy kids working there said the store was closed. They were making their own sandwiches and decided to take their own break. Btw they had no masks on.
