We have had consistently terrible service at this location. The food is typical for McDonalds with average preparation and it is clean, expectant of a newer location. However, almost every time we have ordered in person, in app, or through the Drive-thru, our order is almost never right. It’s not even “mustard when I asked for no mustard” but whole portions of orders either wrong or completely missing. So me and my girlfriend came to eat breakfast we ordered separately and my order was bigger and I got mine first then my girlfriend went to ask we had been waiting for 5-10 minutes she just ask nicely and they refunded her and gave her, her food we totally weren’t expecting that. It was nice of them I will definitely come back.

Today when I went to picked up my order at 3:40ish pm I noticed that my order was in a different bag as usual so I didn’t grabbed it right way. A sweet lady ( employee) asked me for my name and said that my order was there, I mentioned to her that I wasn’t sure if it was mine as it was in a different bag “DoorDash bag” I opened the bag and checked my food, then I hear an employee telling another employee why she was allowing me to open the bag in Spanish.
