Update on 5/14/24: every time I come here, the employees seem pissed off. Maybe find a new job if you hate this one so much? Came through for breakfast and asked for extra butter from a trainee and her trainer (African-American, wearing a hat and all black uniform). Trainee was super sweet and said sure, and the trainer rudely interrupted, “it’s already in the bag.” I politely said, “I know, I was just seeing if I could get extra please.” She stared at me responding “yeah…no, we’re out.” As I started to reply, she walked away. Like, does some butter really piss you off so bad that you have to be rude? Im having a really tough week, so some regular human decency would’ve gone a long way. Managers need to get this place under control.No play place. Came at 10 and no hotcakes? Rude about it too.

They are absolutely horrible. Not only is the lobby closed at 9 pm we had to go thru driveway 2 times AFTER ORDERING to get it right. It was nuggets and a bunless burger. Still didn’t put the requested fork in bag and decided to just skip a 4th time thru the drive-thru and eat with our hands. The girl at the window instead of worrying about our order being wrong was more concerned with making sure we knew she wasn’t in charge of food. We didn’t ask her who was in charge we asked her to fix it. Which she did not and we had to go back thru a third time. Absolutely horrible experience.

Just waited 10 minutes in drive thru when it was our turn to order someone came out with roadway cone & said they were closed…is was 11:03pm…This store IS NOT 24hrs.

Went by this McDonald's and they said they didn't have any ice cream at all. When I asked for just an ice cream cone, they didn't give any explanation. They said they didn't have any ice cream. That is unacceptable Mo, but typical of McDonald's in 2024
