It's literally Pollo y Carne and these people are definitely stewards of there profession a bit of a drive to get there but most definitely worth it. Make sure you have an appetite because the serving size is sure to match any hungry belly. I'm a half chicken guy myself it fills me up for the day. Main entree usually complimented by rice like grandma use to make and some frijoles charros with a bit of that latina spice.
We ordered the Parrillada with chicken, it was great. My favorite was the little cup of beans they give each person at the beginning of the meal, they are so delicious. The beans are a little spicy and they have little pieces of bacon in the broth.It was our friends birthday so they brought out a warm cornbread muffin with a dollop of butter on top.....yuuuuum! We ordered an additional one for the table, it was so good!

I liked the establishment, the food was delicious, there were many choices on the menu, the pricing was average, the service from waitresses was great and the drinks were cold there was just a couple of flys that wouldn't leave....fly traps are on window corners directly next to your face..I found that just a little odd but other than that all else was great.
