“I went in last minute to place a big order for chicken, tenders, and sides with teas. Carlos took my order, and was extremely polite and patient with me! I went to run an errand, and when I came back to pick my order up, it was ready! Carlos and the other young man helping him, saw me walk in and immediately started gathering my bags and gallons of tea. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism shown today!“

“There are Subways on every block. A little dirty in the store. Our server was hard to hear and impatient, there was no one in the place. Food was good though and up to standard. Felt like our server had a lot of work to do and no one to help.“

“Food was fast and service also was fast and friendly. But burgers just need some seasoning. Fries and tots were just tossed in the bag. However 4*'s because no other sonic has been able to accurately make my food right. I will be back.“

“Why give a Subway a five star rating? Because there is a secret ingredient on their Spicy Italian? Because of the scenic dining room view over looking Texas Highway 6? Because their tuna is real? Because of the service. Gary (based on the conversation with the customer ahead of us and who I assume is the owner) served us last night and he was professional and pleasant. The care we had seen him take with the customer ahead of us, who was evidently a local, did not end with us. It's the little things; he smiled, he asked if the mustard, mayo, lettuce, etc were satisfactory, he made sure we were aware of the different color tags on our sandwiches, he tanked us and wished us a good evening, that all added up to a very good experience. The dining room was also exceptionally clean and in good order. It's always great to see someone take pride in their work no matter how trivial it may seem to the rest of us. Thanks Gary!
