“The crew at this store are fantastic. I bought a whole dinner there and when I was leaving they noticed they had accidentally added a sandwich to my order. They could have let me drive off without saying a word but they ran out and flagged me down. They offered to give me my money back or pick something else from the store that was close to the value but not less then the value. I picked a couple turkey slices priced a little higher then the sandwich rather then getting the money back. Super happy the crew at this store.”

“Our family has been coming here for years and has always been our go to spot for a quick bite of comfort food, so we were eager to see how things would be under the new ownership. While we appreciate the refreshed appearance inside and the newly introduced meals on the menu, I did notice a few areas that could use improvements.
Our waiter seemed somewhat inconvenienced by our requests, which made the experience less pleasant than usual. Additionally, the overall pace of service was slower than expected.
I understand that transitions in management can take time, and I believe the new team has the potential to bring this restaurant back to its former standard of excellence. With more focus on attentive, courteous service and consistent quality, it can easily regain the warm and enjoyable dining experience many of us have always valued.”

“We enjoyed the atmosphere. The inside is quite cute. We wondered if this was the same Country Burger that used to be at the same intersection but it was on the southwest section about midway down. We were sad to find out that it wasn’t the same. BUT the cheese burger was very good. The fries were a disappointment in flavor and amount given, which is why I gave it a 4. We didn’t try anything else, however a definite 4 for the burger.”

“This place is very neat and tidy for a pan place. Every week I bring my two children in to get pan, and the cashier lady is so sweet to them, talking to them. The pastries are also evenly set out and neatly placed. It's a very nice establishment.

However when the food it came the food on one of the plates was cold. The mashed potatoes were very runny(watery) and full of lumps, nothing like we normally get. Our waitress brought our food and never came back yet she was continually filling drink glasses etc to the two tables behind us. I finally was able to ask for a drink refill when the checks came but by this time it was too late. If this had been my first visit I wouldn’t be going back.”

(ALSO, the literacy rate displayed in most negative reviews shows that the authors are not very well-educated. Coincidence?) No more "raise the flag" for service, but my waitress checked back with me frequently so no problems there. The restaurant is not fancy. It's been there for a long time, and it may not be in the most prosperous strip shopping center, but it was clean. The lady's rest room could use some work, but better than many of the places I've been to. I highly recommend this Mesquite location to anyone with a craving for Pancho's.”
