“The crew at this store are fantastic. I bought a whole dinner there and when I was leaving they noticed they had accidentally added a sandwich to my order. They could have let me drive off without saying a word but they ran out and flagged me down. They offered to give me my money back or pick something else from the store that was close to the value but not less then the value. I picked a couple turkey slices priced a little higher then the sandwich rather then getting the money back. Super happy the crew at this store.”

I brought it to the managers attention and he just became argumentative, and said this is what his customers want. No problem, we won't be back.”

“The food was good as it always is. They weren't very busy. It took a long time for the server to let us know the beer my husband ordered was not available, so he ordered a different one. It took a while to get the beer my husband ordered. They were out of the appetizer we ordered.
My son ordered a cheeseburger, but when it came, there was no cheese. Our server brought a piece of cheese for my son to add to his burger. I ordered onion rings with my entree. When it came, fries were on the side. Our server said she would bring a side of onion rings. I never received them.
We brought all of this to the managers attention. He did offer to make everything right. The manager gave my husband the beer he originally ordered when our server brought the bill. The manager offered to make some onion rings for me to take home. I told him that they wouldn't be good later. He offered to make some to munch on, and I was too full to eat them then.”

“I was so mad I had to take one star off but know that I will be returning. I live in Frisco and travel to Mesquite every two months or so and yesterday I so happened to find this spot. The greeting and service was amazing, I mean top notch. Let me start by saying that the young lady whom helped me was very nice and honest so I appreciate that and she even gave suggestions being my first time. I ended up getting the jerk chicken quesadilla which was so good I almost bite my finger off. I also got a medium bizzy body daiquiri with an extra shot which was a hit. I took one star off due to the chicken. I ordered lemon pepper wings and again the lady was honest but those things should not have been sold. They were very small so extra was given so that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the flavor of the wings were very gamely and tasted nothing like chicken. I tried a piece of one and ended up throwing them in the trash.”

“This place is packed like crazy. Heck even on a Tuesday afternoon it's busy. But even through the rushes are crazy the employees are always respectful and my order has been 100% accurate. Well there was one time they forgot my fries but they gave me an extra fries to make up for it so we're all good. And in the club we're all fam”

I waited 2 hours for mediocre food, didn't get what I paid for and then was attacked by the owner for speaking up. avoid this place.”

“Best Tacos I’ve had in a while. I got the Asada on corn and the Beef Birria. The tacos came with cilantro, onion, grilled onions, and the birria consommé. The tacos were fresh, tender and flavorful. They were a good size and full. The gentleman helping me was extremely kind and patient with me, answering all my questions. He also provided his recommendations and he did not disappoint. They are located in Mesquite right off 635 and Cartwright and yes, inside a gas station but don’t let that keep you away. I’ll be back!”

“This place is the best MEXICAN food around. Some DFW people think queso is Mexican food. It's not. It's TexMex, which is not what Dos Panchas serves. This is Mexican food, which has little to NO YELLOW CHEESE. PLEASE ignore the negative reviews, for they are usually written by people who don't know the difference between Mexican and TexMex. (ALSO, the literacy rate displayed in most negative reviews shows that the authors are not very well-educated. Coincidence?) I recommend the "Robert's Plate" which is not on the printed menu, but in the computer. It's 3 eggs, Carne guisada, beans, papas, salsa verde, flour tortillas, cafe canelo.”

But they one thing I dislike about this recent visit was the new big roll of napkins set on the table, they take most of the space on the table and I feel like the hygiene on this is bad , a lot of people touch them and they get dirty I prefer the small napkins,they were more convenient and less messy. “There was a young girl at the register & they were offering new items she didn't know how to ring up. She was so helpful & offered to call the manager to find out. Extremely great service with her. She went above & beyond to do a good job.
Burgers are pretty good. Boba is exceptional as it was good all the way through, no hard funky texture in the middle. The smoothies were delicious too!

Not so great:
The TV was way too loud for it's little speakers. They were just blaring, grating on your ears. It sounded horrible against the music on the nice sound system & made the environment very difficult, rigid & uncomfortable; even though the layout, chairs & choice of tables available are really nice.
The live plants are a nice touch.”

Went to the deli to grab lunch, realize that the food looked a little dated, didn’t want to complain but voiced my concern, when I voice, my concern, the associate shatonga told me that she would take care of me and give her about seven minutes and that she would have fresh food for me.”

“We were going to just try the food and ended up spending 4 hours there. Drink and food presentation were really good. The vibe is loud and high with the Banda. The Culichitown staff definitely had good party vibes for it being a Sunday. Will be coming back.”

“We got 1 chili cheese dog - the bun of which tasted like paper, and 2 burger meals, which include fries and a med drink. Went through the drive- thru, and received outstanding service. The food was fresh and quite tasty. The cost was unreasonable. Almost $40 for the above mentioned meal. Whatever. We paid it and ate it. Not likely to return. It's like maybe 26 dollars good, but not 38 dollars good.”

“The lady there was super nice. We were looking for a last-minute cake for my grandma's birthday and when I got there they only had a blue and a white cake. I figured we would just have to make due and get the blue one but the staff went above and beyond and re decorated the cake in nice pink and purple. So that my grandma would have a good birthday cake. Definitely will come back”

“Great! Well worth the 60 mile round trip to get there! The staff were all very friendly. Anyone that grew up with Pancho's will likely enjoy this location and will know what I mean. Anyone who didn't, may not. Pancho's is not Mexican food, not Spanish food, not Tex-Mex food...it is a food style of its own. Lots of choices, and all you can eat. Be sure to end with the sopapillas. No more "raise the flag" for service, but my waitress checked back with me frequently so no problems there. The restaurant is not fancy. It's been there for a long time, and it may not be in the most prosperous strip shopping center, but it was clean. The lady's rest room could use some work, but better than many of the places I've been to. I highly recommend this Mesquite location to anyone with a craving for Pancho's.”
