After having some bad experiences at a Chick-fil-A restaurant, I was hesitant to try another one, but this location exceeded my expectations. The drive-thru system was efficient, which was a relief since some drivers struggle with merging lanes. Although the staff taking orders were a bit slow, they were friendly and polite. On today February 28th, 2024, I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun through DoorDash.I get my food and there is NO chicken for my CHICKEN sandwich.I called back to the store and the best they could offer was for me to call DoorDash. They did not even offer to prepare a patty for me to come get.I call DoorDash and they tell me I have to wait an hour to see if they “decide” to give me a refund. WTH?!Disappointing.

Usually can't go wrong with service at chickfila but with 3 lanes open, we got in the middle lane. I don't know what the issue was with the car in front of us that was ordering but i counted at least 10 cars from the other 2 lanes order and were on their way. We sat there almost 10 minutes without being able to order and no option to pull out and leave. When we finally got to place our order, no apologies nor explanation.
