Food was excellent and the service was the right amount of balance between being taken care of and being left alone to enjoy my food.We hope to return when we're able and try to some other options on the menu.My only complaint is they only have hash browns and not fries. This would not prevent me from returning as the hash browns were quite good, I just like fries better.”

“Me and my family come by every now and then, and porky's never disappoints. Recently I tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I didn't know it had mushrooms in it. I normally hate mushrooms, but porky's made me like them just a little bit.”

“First time to a Crumbl location, and not fully blown away. The prices are high and selection is minimal. The cookies are pretty close to perfect. Only thing I would change is the tip guilting when you pay. So over this. There is nothing they are doing there that deserves a tip, much less the high percentage tip suggestions they pressure on you at the register. My fave so far is the sugar cookie. “Ordered beef fajita, trompo, and carnitas tacos. The tacos were good. They came with a variety of tasty salsas and onions, grilled onions, and cilantro for topping.Also ordered a carnitas burrito which was good. It had lettuce and tomato in it which some people do not like.My one complaint was the carnitas were pretty fatty and were in large chunks. But, otherwise delicious food. The prices were decent and comparable to other taco shops.”

“It was the first time eating there. That said I went for lunch. I ordered the lunch 10oz lunch ribeye. I had thought it was going to be to small. But after the delicious bread and butter then the very nice sized salad, came the steak. Perfectly cooked to a medium rare, as I requested. The smoked Mac and cheese and two glasses of tea. I actually had to take home a bit.My mother had the nice portioned chicken fried steak ( a bit tough) and loaded mashed potatoes. All in all a good meal at decent price. Bill was $54. Not bad for a steak house.”

His girlfriend made it to the restaurant before us and reserved a table for the family, I dropped my son and husband off at the front door to park as I went in they were already seated. I called his girlfriend to find her, and she came up front to get me as she surprised my son by being there. He was so happy as he hugged her.we had a wonderful waitress who worked with me for my son birthday, I gave her golden candles to place on chocolate cake at the end and to sing happy birthday to him. ?✨️??? This was a magical and unbelievable night for him. To have his favorite food , girlfriend , and chocolate cake? all together .❤️ ? ?I hate to see him leave to drive back to college! Thank you! Red Lobster and all of the people who helped me make this a special 19th birthday party for my son. So we just served some of the plates. The food had great flavor and it was delicious. The service was great and the associates were very nice too. I was surprised by the desert they have. “Food and service quality day and night is always really good, but especially during breakfast hours. One of the more reliable McDonald’s locations in regard to satisfaction. Only complaints if that would be that it could be a little cleaner inside and often times during lunch/dinner they can forget your bbq sauce and what not for nugget, so just check the bag for those. Otherwise near perfect location though! Keep up the great work!”

“My friend and I love coming to this location not only because of the food which never disappoints but mainly because of the service. We always order the Rise and Shine breakfast and my friend doesn't eat the hash browns so he always asks if he can get an extra egg in place of them and they are always willing to accommodate his requests with a smile on their face. The staff is very friendly from the door to the table and the cooks know what they're doing when it comes to your food. I asked for my eggs over medium and they always came out perfect plus it's at the table quickly and hot. Plus they are on point with the coffee refills without us asking. Not much parking especially since they are surrounded by hotels and the rodeo but we've never had to wait long.”

It appeared that order wasn't being filled promptly enough, so the lady (Tina) in the kitchen came up front to make me an ice cream cone and send me on my way. I was even happier that she put on a glove, WOW! The Dairy Queen across from Walmart in Mesquite is the place to visit. It's the little things that matter.”

Also I got them to go and when they put the salsa in the bag they didn't close the top right or they put the salsa upside down and it leaked all over my bag which leaked onto the seat of my Car. I suppose you may really not know what On The Border even is, which would blow my mind, but I suppose that it's possible that someone would come into Texas or something and somehow end up in Mesquite Texas and then somehow end up on Google and then somehow be looking for some Tex-Mex to eat. So yeah. I guess it's possible.This On The Border has been here a long time, like more than 20 years, at least. It's seen its better days at the end of the 90's when the nearby AMC 30 was still new, but you gotta give them credit: they are the only survivor.What is now Cheddars was once Bennigan's. Across the street what was once Joes Crabshack is now a dirt pile. Next door what used to be a Johnny Carinos is now a Crab Place. Even the spot that is now Del Rio was originally a Hoffbreau Steaks...On The Border IS A SURVIVOR. The final original spot left.As for the food? The service? The decor? Fine. Fine. Fine. It's fine. You'll have a fine time. It's fine. Fine.”

We also ordered the Yuca con chicharrón and plantains as well! I will say that the waitress there was amazing. She noticed that we didn't eat our yuca and asked us why when I told her it wasn't as fried as I was used to. She gave me tips on how to order it the next time, and was very pleasant about the whole experience . “It was the first time eating there. That said I went for lunch. I ordered the lunch 10oz lunch ribeye. I had thought it was going to be to small. But after the delicious bread and butter then the very nice sized salad, came the steak. Perfectly cooked to a medium rare, as I requested. The smoked Mac and cheese and two glasses of tea. I actually had to take home a bit.My mother had the nice portioned chicken fried steak ( a bit tough) and loaded mashed potatoes. All in all a good meal at decent price. Bill was $54. Not bad for a steak house.”

So yeah. I guess it's possible.This On The Border has been here a long time, like more than 20 years, at least. It's seen its better days at the end of the 90's when the nearby AMC 30 was still new, but you gotta give them credit: they are the only survivor.What is now Cheddars was once Bennigan's. Across the street what was once Joes Crabshack is now a dirt pile. Next door what used to be a Johnny Carinos is now a Crab Place. Even the spot that is now Del Rio was originally a Hoffbreau Steaks...On The Border IS A SURVIVOR. The final original spot left.As for the food? The service? The decor? Fine. Fine. Fine. It's fine. You'll have a fine time. It's fine. Fine.”
