Had a negative situation that turned positive all because of the manager Jessica. I had to drive way from Balch Spring because of something missing from my order. Although it was equally my fault, she still went out of her way to make it right. Some other workers tried to discourage her from making it right, but she followed her heart. This is why she is the manager and they are NOT! Thanks Jessica!!! I will continue to dine here because of you!

Staff did a great job at making excellent Boardwalk style fries and outstanding hamburgers. The personality of some of the staff is not good. These such people are impatient and are not genuinely friendly, but at least try to be courteous. It's likely these particular people don't know how to give good service or be social. Not everyone is like this here. The managers here are very kind and customer service oriented. Don't have expectations that everyone here will be willing to put their best foot forward, just so you know.

Let me first start off by saying I really like Five Guys, just not the Mesquite location. The burger lacked the usual Five Guys taste, and was not of good quality. I added salt and pepper and it was still horrible. The music was so loud that I could not enjoy a conversation with my mom. The fries were good, but the burger was absolutely awful. I will definitely never visit this location again.

Always seeing people giving this place bad reviews just because of the prices, but for how much the regular fast food chains are starting to cost, seems like Five Guys prices have stayed more or less the same. I'd rather eat here for a few dollars more, the burgers and fries are delicious and they have fresh jalapenos instead of those pickled ones, which I really like. Will be back soon for sure.

We visit this place on Sunday let me tell you never again . We ordered two bacon cheeseburger.it was over $26. We paid 36 that's crazy. Customer service sucks.
I Visited this location last Monday. I received an uncooked burger. The manager only offered me a replacement burger no refund. I will not be visiting this location again terrible customer service.

Always have a good experience with 5G. Food is always hot and fresh. They didn't fill by bag with fries like they normally do but it's OK. Why the rating,The fries ? were super, super . Few bits and my gums and teeth were hurting. I only at the ? and threw the ? away.

Restaurant was clean service and the was good. Fries were made to order. Hot and crunchy. Burgers were not as hot but were good. Had to asked for ketchup because the pump was out. They were busy so that's why. 8 out of 10 because the burgers were luke warm.

My order is never ready. The most recent interaction I arrived 15mins after the time I requested for pick up and still had to wait on my order.In addition they dont drop the fries until you come in to pick up your order.I understand of trying to provide hot fries but when I place a pick up I expect it to be completely ready.
