Ive been to Salata often, and each time, the service is great. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being served by Savion and Haley. They were vibrant, helpful and sweet. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but they've got it down! It was such a pleasure to work with them. They know how to put a smile on your face. I can't wait to see them again.
Tonight was incredibly.Great team .. awesome customer service.Super friendly, offering fun suggestions with selections.Love the freshness and variety for the salads. Riley greeted us at our table as she did to other guest. Thanked everyone for stopping by, everything good, did we need anything else..Great job tonight Riley & Team Salata.Diffently will spread the word on Mesquite location.

It is not self serv but I can tell you this...fresh ingredients! Different size bowls with your choice of everything. At the end, they toss it for you and that my friends was one of the better salads I have had in a long time!!
