This place has done amazing during COVID, we have come by for cookies 6 times and they have both brought them out to our car and had them ready when we came in. Delicious and great service. Tip your service people.
With Dallas being filled with cookie makers come on my little cookie monsters you tell me how hard is it to walk past a place and smell fresh baked cookies and say no. That is what happend to me just doing some shopping all the way on the 2nd floor this fresh baked cook smell hit me and i looked down to see this colorful sign that says Great American Cookies so i go down to see if they have what it takes looking at the case everything looks so good. We visited for my mom's birthday and the cookie samples were excellent so we ordered a cake and the manager made sure we did not leave without 6 free cookies for her birthday!! Bonus was that Brooke, who shares a birthday with my mom, decorated our cake beautifully!!
