For reference, I eat Jack-in-the-Box all the time. My wife and I ate here I couldn’t get halfway through my burger. She ate hers, but threw up right after I bring it to the managers attention, and they only want to return the money for the single burger no fries or drinks with it and I told them she’s literally throwing up in their restroom, and they looked at me as if I was lying. I never complain because I used to be a manager at fast food and I know how hard it can be. This manager could have done more but it was clear he just wanted me gone. Quick tip if you get room temperature buttermilk from Jack do not eat it it will make your stomach turn.

They dont have the option to add sauce in uber eats and they are too greedy to add the sauce themselves.

The food has been cold and old the last 2 times I have went there. I feel it should be fresh and hot, especially when waiting. No one ever answers the phone to resolve the issue.

First of all, the boy who treated me in a bad way2; They told me to go to number two, I went to park, there's a brother-in-law, they arrive with the food, the boy gives me the cokes and then the girl gives me the food and she doesn't even notice that I wasn't holding them and she lets them go and the food falls out. and they both leave and they don't even say sorry or anything, they just leave laughing and no and they gave nothing to solve it so without food and I had to buy somewhere else again and spend more money and time I always bought there but it was the Last time boy I don't recommend it because they have pure kids with no experience and bad gestures ????? terrible service

I had placed an order in the mobile at 7:48. My order was done at 7:52. In the short 3 minutes drive from my previous location to this jack in the box, they had given out my order to the wrong person. They had made up a bunch of excuses why I couldn’t receive my food. I didn’t want a refund or anything and was considerate of them trying to figure the situation out. But overall the staff was very rude to me and just didn’t respect my time. I had just came out of a long 11 hour shift from work and they first thing that happens to me is I’m being treated like a thief and I just want my food that I had fully paid for myself. Overall my feedback is that this specific location needs better training from the cashier, all the way to their manager on duty, because never once have I had an experience as bad as this. I would just like to receive a refund and get past all of this. I’m definitely not coming back to this location and I’m making it known on all platforms I have available to me, so others don’t have to got through the same experience I had
