I order 2 mealls ND thay missed up my order on drive thru.i called thay told me thay put my name in the book and told me to call them next Monday thay would replace it I called and the person on the phone told me thay could not replace it because my name not in the book tired of spending 6.98 for 2 meals and thay miss up my wife bring me my food at work and it's wrong plus we are there every wk Monday and Wednesday buy no more because of there mistake plus my warehouse want come back either so thay lost 10 people have a nice day

For me, KFC was one of the best chickens, I definitely changed my mind, I went to eat and I definitely had vomiting and diarrhea ? what a bad chicken, it was dry, tasteless like they don't change the oil when they fry it, it's a shame because they lost a customer who loved this chicken

What's happened to KFC? THE LAST FEW TIMES I WENT TO KFC THEY,'RE Out OF THIS OUT OF THAT, JUST ABOUT OUT OF EVERYTHING MOST OF THE TIME. THUS TIME CHICKEN WAS ALMOST BURNT AND AFTER WAITING 10 MORE MINUTES FOR THEM TO BAKE SOME MORE BISQUITS THEY DIDN,'T EVEN PUT THEM IN THE BAG! THEN THEY DUMP THE GRAVY AND IT SPILLED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG,ALL OVER EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE BAG . WE SPENT $40.00 ON A MEAL THAT WASN'T FIT TO EAT. I'm fed up with such sloppy food and service. I won't be going back

Oh boy. I usually leave a good review for this place but on this particular location the expectation was not good. The guy taking the orders was not paying attention, very little! The food was overcooked, that's for sure. We were there around 10:30am they need to train these people who cook the food.

Ordered a MESS of food, it ain't cheap, and they canceled every bit of chicken I ordered yet didn't inform me or give me a heads up to be able to cancel my order. The bag shows the correct receipt for what I paid. So yeah, expect the geniuses here to make the final decision on which parts of your order actually make it to your hands.
