The chicken is not the same, seems like the taste and texture changes by the day. Its not cooked all the way and isn’t brown… it’s white with saggy skin. I won’t be going back.
Went to this location ordered online. I was late getting to pick up my order, and it still wasn't ready they were not busy. Then, one of the employees decided to stick his hands with no gloves on in the fries and eat one. This took the last straw for me to order from this location. I will be choosing somewhere else from now.

What's happened to KFC? THE LAST FEW TIMES I WENT TO KFC THEY,'RE Out OF THIS OUT OF THAT, JUST ABOUT OUT OF EVERYTHING MOST OF THE TIME. THERE FOOD IS FAR FROM WHAT IT USE TO BE AND THE SERVICE IS LOUSEY. ALWAYS SHORTING US ON THINGS WE ORDERED. THUS TIME CHICKEN WAS ALMOST BURNT AND AFTER WAITING 10 MORE MINUTES FOR THEM TO BAKE SOME MORE BISQUITS THEY DIDN,'T EVEN PUT THEM IN THE BAG! THEN THEY DUMP THE GRAVY AND IT SPILLED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG,ALL OVER EVERYTHING ELSE...read full review
