Went by to get a sundae and at other locations I have been given cookie and ice cream options. When ordering here, the girl obviously didn't want to be there and made it however she wanted to and added quite a few nuts without even considering that I might have an allergy.

I went by to try to get a crepe today 7:17 pm but workers seems they dont want to work she keep saying that she doesn't have what I was ordering I changed to something else again they dont have it.

This place is wonderful, excellent customer service, and delicious desserts. There is not much of a wait time. The only reason I would mark it down a star is consistency. Everyone seems to make certain things differently like the "frappes". Sometimes they aren't sweet enough, but other people might like it that way. For the most part, this place is my go-to area for a snack or a drink. Also, if you want to get the upside down milkshake, make sure you have the stomach to finish it. I'm not strong enough to finish it, even though it's so good. The cookies are really good, and they have some specialty items that go good with the coffee. The staff will make accommodations to make the items in your preference. Overall, great place, and they give you a discount if you work at the Mall (10% I believe). If you visit the Town East Mall, try it! That's the last stop I make before I go home with all the stuff I bought! It's also reasonably price. Also, never shop hungry, because your eyes might be bigger than your stomach, like me!

Overall pretty good. Pricey tho. One of the African American girls that helped me today was just plain out sour with me. The type of attitude someone has that doesn't want to be there. Not making eye contact, not smiling, kinda had that "Resting B**** Face" the entire interaction. Other than that; pretty solid location.

Got a lemonade asked for refill and the girl said they don't give out refills i was willing to pay for it and she said she couldn't give me one due to her new manager rules worst experience ever.

I got there at 5:30 & tried to order 3 frappes the girls looked at eachother and one said "oh we can't sell it because we just cleaned that station." I thought wow this place isn't even closed yet but these girls are lazy and didn't want to clean so they didn't want to sell it to me. Not a way to conduct business!
