Went at 6pm this passed tuesday. Empty pans. Dried out food. I should of walked out, but was hungry, long day. Not going back. Food gone down hill. When I First walk in nobody in the front or back. I'm not JOKING! I even ask patrons were is everbody? Finally two workers came out of the back.

If you have a shell fish allergy with getting the fried rice the person in fromt of me ordered the shrimp and the guy dropped a bunch of the shrimp on accident into the fried rice resulting in me not being able to order it since all he did was get the shrimp out and continue to serve it. They need to seperate the shrimp from other food so no cross contamination happens like it did in front of me

This is for the store on Town East by Town East Mall. I went in there for a take out dinner. There wasn't anyone in line there. I ordered teriyaki chicken. The girl said it would be 5 minutes so I said let me get something else. Then she said no its ready now. Then a worker pulls a little basket of chicken out of steamer and dumps some of it into a styrofoam box and expects me to pay for it. Without any glaze any vegtables or anything. Then they expected me to pay for it. Just bland plain boiled/steamed chicken . It wasn't even a chinese dish at that point. And they wouldn't change i out at that point. I said I'll pass and headed for the door.
The person overseeing the daily operations is great.

I ordered the Angus beef and also a side of cabbage kale broccoli, as well as the teriyaki chicken. The register person went over everything with me and i.assumed I received everything in the bag . I got home and I was missing the glaze for my dry chicken. Upon tasting the Angus beef I tasted something dry and disgusting almost as if the beef was bad. I couldn't finish it. Long story short I couldn't stop vomiting and using the restroom after this meal. Service was good but maybe he was just going too fast and missed some items.
