Every time we’ve ordered from this location, we arrived at the promised pick up time only to have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for our order. It’s always chaotic in there with cooked pizzas all over the place and a staff that seems to have no idea who they belong to. The customer service is abysmal, and the food is always hit or miss. Not sure how they make such a simple job so complicated.

My husband and I ordered two different pizzas. One was completely incorrect and both were completely cold and underbaked. We called the store and the manager answered and handled the situation wonderfully. She provided a refund for both pizzas and said that she would personally bake and deliver new pizzas. When the second batch came, they were still significantly underbaked and I had to put them in the oven for over 15 minutes just to make them close to edible. Safe to say that I will not be ordering from here again.

They Never picked up the phone as I was trying to check on my order the driver never came I had to get out of bed and go get my order then the employee tells me she don’t know why DoorDash didn’t pick it up although I ordered through Pizza Hut my food was cold I was missing wings and she tried substituting my tip that I gave for food instead of trying to accommodate me it was as crazy looked as in if they all were Spaced out
It was one of our favorite pizzas to order, until last week the order was all wrong ( we sub for hamburgers since the order already took too long) when I call back they grant us a credit today now body would redeem the credit, we will take our business to Papa John’

ordered, gave it to the wrong person, told us you were making a new order a full on hour ago after being a hour late with the first order AND giving it to the wrong person may i state that part again, and still never delivered a damn pizza. simply js couldve said we arent gonna be able to remake the order instead of pissing people off and lying.
If I could give a 0 I would my ordered was never delivered the manager was rude! I called several times and she had me on hold for 30 minutes then proceeded to hang up on me. This was supposed to be a movie night with my kids and Pizza Hut truly disappointed.

I had the worst experience the night before my pizza was hard and very dry and the lady was so upset i just waited till morning, When i tell you im so happy i did cause Ms. Diana was the absolute best. She was so full of life and so nice and to top it all of my pizza was make to perfection. Long as she is here ill forever come
