I wonder has management changed here. These reviews are horrible. People are saying the same thing. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they need to replace the team if they haven’t already. I was gonna try them out but nope.

I bought five pretzels for $5 each, and every pretzel was burnt. This is super disgusting that you guys will charge this much for burnt food, and I had no idea it was burnt until I got to my car, like why would you even sell me that?

my first and last time i’ll ever be coming to this place. i’d give zero stars if i could. girl who took my order was so rude. sorry you had to get off your phone to warm some pretzels up in the microwave. didn’t mean to be such an inconvenience to you. definitely think she needs customer service.

I just bought 4 pretzels around at 3:10pm at this place. This lady was really rude and threw our pretzels without a bag and we had a lot of stuffs in our hands struggling. It’s really disappointing. She needs to be more professional to the customers.

I would give no stars if I could the lady that worked on 4/25 around 7:30 had the worst attitude ever and even snatched the bell from my disabled sister. this is my second time receiving Service from her and it was just 100% horrible ! Then on top of it all she gave me an stale pretzel and she wouldn’t replace it. I would say it’s time to have customer service training but the other young ladies are sweet. You lost a loyal customer today .

On Saturday at 10:15 am. Sorry no pretzels until 11:30. Not really open except drinks. Sunday the manager Alejandra said we could not have a free pretzel after buying 3 because it didn’t count on specialty pretzels. Nothing I sign indicated that. She is rude and moves like she is over 50.
Opted to give this place a try instead of my usual visit to Annies... Huge mistake!Pretzels are hard,dry, and burnt. Service is slow, like employees don't care to be there. No management on duty.

Tried to purchase a pretzel at 10:30 am on a tuesday,then again at 11:30. Both times told they were closed. The girl had her headphones on both times. No food on display or baking that i could tell. My visit was on aug 1 2017. She seemed annoyed that i bothered her.

Service was awful. Two people working, one lady was nice the other was a young girl that was cleaning the cabinets- started in the middle of waiting on the long line. She stopped to wait on someone who walked up(not in the long line) never washed her hands, cleaned, waited on someone else who walked up( not in the long line) then went back to pretending like she was cleaning and joking while the other lady did everything. My pretzel was burnt after waiting in line behind two people for over 10 mins. Won't ever go back!
