Definitely the slowest and rudest whataburger I’ve been to so far, even tho I’m around the whataburger I always avoid it and go to a farther one or griffs just because how bad the service was last times I’ve went

I always find when I go to this location I am waiting forever to order in the drive through and forever for my food unless you are incubating the chicken eggs and raising them into full grown chickens and planting the seeds for the wheat it shouldn’t take this long I’m sorry but for a fast food place where food is supposed to be fast this is anything but that pull the food out the deep freeze like you’re supposed to and let me move on this process should take 5 minutes if that.

Me and my son just left we were waiting for 10 minute made eye contact with 4 employees. no one greeted or even acknowledge us. There were only a family of 4 in lobby not busy 3 cars in drive through this night shift team sucks 2-2-24

They shorted us our food and the manager came up and told us “she personally bagged our food and she put the right amount in it” and refused to refund our money from the food we were missing? she was VERY RUDE TO US AND SHUT THE WINDOW IN OUR FACE. That lady needs to be fired!!! Her name is Keisha….. but JD was amazing and very kind to us!
