Waited 20 minutes for a refill on beer. Tired of being ignored. Cashed out and left. People next to me were served. Maybe it’s because I’m Asian or because I let them know through the tip how bad they were. The place is filthy. One of the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in 15 states. Been to many of their establishments. By far the worst. And this will be on Facebook as well

Far and away the worst BWW I’ve been too in a long time. Took 15+ minutes to get our beers. Took 10 minutes to be approached after “seating ourselves”. Wings lukewarm on arrival. Waiter was kind but clearly hamstrung by a poor bartender and slow kitchen. Restaurant was at half its table capacity. Visited at 9PM on a Sunday night.

my sister and I came here for drinks and dinner it took the server 15 min to greet us. we ordered beers and waiting another 15 min to get nothing. we watched the server and bartender sit and stare after making everyone’s drinks but ours so we got up and left.

Food was cold when I got home & I live 2 mins away from this place & I waited 35 for it after they told me it'll be done in 15 mins wings were pre cooked & dry no eating here again. Smh & poor Management as well.....

Size of portion of chick strips way too small for price, wait person was not familiar with food options, bartender refused to correct mistake, manager was worthless, sloppy and unhygienic and didn't care to hear complaints and certainly didn't know how to interact with customers. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend

Short summary: Non existent service. Less than sub-par wings. Didn’t recommend this location before, definitely don’t recommend it now. Will likely not be back to give it another chance. Plenty of other places to get beer and wings who are happy and eager for customers to come support their establishment.Every time we’ve been here, the wings come out 5 minutes after we order them and have tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day, just waiting for someone to order them. We decided to give it another chance yesterday to have some beer and wings on the outdoor patio with our dog. My partner went inside to let them know that we would be on the patio and would like a server. After he was ignored by two different workers who answered the phone but did not bother to acknowledge his presence at the front counter, he finally got someone’s attention. They told him to walk around the restaurant and try to find a server for himself. (What?!) He did as he was told and walked around the store asking workers to help find someone to serve us. He found a total of 3 different workers (one who we think was a manager, but we are not entirely sure that it actually was) and let them know we would be outside awaiting service. We sat outside and waited. And waited some more. We thought about calling to let them know we were still here, waiting. But why should we have to try so hard to spend our hard earned money here? We decided to leave and take our money elsewhere.We ended up at The Patio, who had surprisingly good wings and a dog friendly patio. We were served within minutes of sitting down. They had much better, fresher wings than I’ve ever had the pleasure of having at BWW, albeit fewer flavor selections, and they aren’t even a wing place! Will likely not be returning to BWW, but will most definitely be returning to The Patio.
