The staff is always in a bad mood. They are always out of different stuff on the menu, especially the spicy chicken, and quickness is something they surely lack. It was bit slow but they made the chicken order fresh and the apple pies fresh so we waited about 25 minutes to get our order 16 pice leg in thighs with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and biscuits they were fresh in hot all the food ??

I want to say thank the manager for trying her best. My order was still wrong. I had ordered 3-piece spicy chicken 2 mashed potatoes 2 mac and cheese 2 spicy wraps and coleslaw . I didn't get any mashed potatoes. Only reason I gave them a 3 is because the manager was trying her best other wise they would have gotten 1. Because this store service is really bad.
