Horrible quality!! I ordered the new reaper tacos, no cheese, they put some random COLD white sauce on two of the tacos , the 3rd taco had no lettuce or tomato just meat and shell! Couldn’t even finish one due to the cold white weird sauce!! Wasted $8 and then they won’t answer their phone to even attempt to make it right! Last time I went the tacos were so soggy I wasn’t able to eat them either , the chicken & dumplings were cold too, but we decided to try one more time, very disappointing!! Sweet young girl that works the window but the cooking staff is awful! Will not go back!!

I visited a little after five no rush or nothing yet , i ordered the hunger buster jr and i get this . Awful … i asked them if it was suppose to be that flat and thin , had no flavor, and to top it off the bread .ugh . I love dairy queen but this , yea no .

The lady that used to work at the Wall Street location served us, she was telling us how they were treating her at the other store and she was moved here to the big spring location. She then showed us some chocolate that she used to make the blizzard and I saw her licking her fingers to clean them. Then she threw the trash came back in didn't wash her hands, but she did go to the bathroom and after awhile came out hands dry cause I was watching and just used the sanitizer that was near the bathroom entrances. I myself and my family felt sick to our stomachs after we couldn't even finish the blizzards.
Gave me black taco meat tried callin to get a refund or fix my food no answer chilli was nasty too !!!

Lost my order and had the general attitude of indifference. Appears to me lack of training from the cook to the shift manager. Noticed the cooks were not wearing any gloves while preparing food. I would stay away from this location. I was apologized to for my food being
