EL CAPITÁN is a welcoming restaurant with delicious food. The owner is hospitable, and the staff is friendly. The sour cream chicken enchilada plate and tres leches cake are highly recommended. While some found the rice and tacos a bit greasy, the overall taste was good. The Mango Ceviche, shrimp cup, fried fish, potatoes, and various tacos are of excellent quality. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs. A must-visit place for tasty Mexican cuisine.
