Hate that every time I come to this location they make me wait 15 minute because I want to add butter and Parmesan to the crust (crazy crust) of my pizza. I used to work at an another location a couple years back and it literally takes 30 seconds to add crazy crust to a pizza. Last time I came they didn’t even do it so they made me wait for nothing. No wonder why it’s always packed here.

Showed up at 8:55pm on Sunday. I realize they close at 9pm, but they had 2 orders of crazy bread in the warmer and refused to give them to me because they were going in “the trash.” Yeah right, porky I think we all know where they were going!! Just disappointed overall with the store on several occasions.Parking: Not great.

I walked in at about 4 p.m on a Saturday, noticed the only things hot and ready were 2 orders of crazy bread. So I ordered them which emptied the hot and ready box. He told me I can't give you these sir. They are expired. It will be 15 minutes. Lol so much for Hot N Ready.
