This is without a doubt one of—if not the best— Chinese restaurants in Midland. However it comes with a hefty price and their online menu is not up to date. I ordered for my family and was expecting a $50 ticket which somehow turned into $100 when we picked the food up. Everything that is $8.95 on their menu is now $15-20.
100% recommended!This place sells the closest choice to the Cantonese rice (or "arroz chino") sold in Puerto Rico or Venezuela. It is called "Deluxe rice," it is totally worth it with fried wings and egg rolls. I also tried and recommend the pepper steak.An order of deluxe rice, fried wings, and egg rolls can feed around 4 people or less for less than $50.

Absolutely incredible little hole in the wall place that should not be overlooked. The food is incredible, authentic, and flavorful with large portions. The owners and staff are kind and attentive, quick and eager to get you your food. The location is on a road that is easily accessible and never packed or busy.
