The slowest “fast food” place I have ever encountered! We have been in the “fast drive thru” for over 40min and still haven’t made it to the payment window! I will never return to this location!

Fries were old and cold, need to change out grease as well. Burger was dry, not fresh, we got 3 burgers and not 1 came the way it was ordered. Ketchup was empty so had to wait at counter for someone to bring an order to ask for ketchup. The drink machine is no longer self serve, which after waiting 3 minutes for ketchup, encouraged us to not get refills.
