The gentlemen who made my ice cream was a sweet treat to work with. Very kind and considerate of what I was requesting. Worked very hard and wore a smile the whole time!!! He was a blast and I will for sure be going back!!

We have been to this location many times. We went earlier this week and ordered at the drive thru. When we received the first item in our order, the only thing correct was one topping (both orders were supposed to have two flavors mixed with two toppings). When the second item was provided, we asked what it was. Was provided a single flavor (not ordered) and only one topping was correct. We were handed the incorrect items with the promise to remake it correctly. When provided the new items, they were both still wrong. One was missing the second ice cream and the second was missing a topping. Also, the "fresh made" kids vanilla ice cream had ice crystals all over it, so the kiddo said it tasted "weird" and refused to eat it. Is there a good reason that the order cannot be written down?The ice cream was great, service was very nice and apologized for the mix up on the first items, we didn't mention the additional mix up as it had already been over 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru.

This is the best Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Icecream to ever exist in and out side of the universe! I ❤️ their cookie cake and ice cream so much. I haven’t had them both at the same time, but both their ice cream and cake sounds yummy yum yum!
We decided to come for a treat and was really nice! There are a lot of flavors to choose from and the service was great. The person on the job was friendly and good at her job. The atmosphere is like a 4/5 because there is some trash hanging around. Over all I think it’s a good place and expect it to grow even more. That’s why I give this place 5 stars.
Love love love it is exactly like cold stone but better considering they have a drive thru! My go to ice cream shop. The workers always greet you but some of them have a very monotone expression. The drive thru can take longer then the inside sometimes. They also offer military discount if you ask.

2:30 pm Sunday. While she is handing us samples of ice cream, she puts her fingernail in her mouth to chew on it with her finger in her mouth. She then proceeds to scoop ice cream. I'm so disgusted.

Visited Marble Slab this evening. There were 4-5 high school aged boys working. I was very impressed with the customer service from each of them. They were all polite, greeting customers, carrying on conversations with us, and on top of everything. We were served very quickly. Great employees Marble Slab!
Went in lady was RUDE pointed at was I wanted wanted still have me wrong items when I let her know she just scooped ice cream let her know if she can mix it and acted like it was hard for her to mix . Would not recommend at all alway bad service
