Placed a curbside order 20 mins ahead, got to the restaurant & checked in & waited 25 mins. & they never brought my food out. No one else parked in curbside so I called to see what was taking so long & the worker said they’d bring it out soon, still nothing. I left & even though I called when I left to tell them to cancel my order they never returned my money to my account. I will never stop my this location again. They still had the audacity to check off my order as if it had been picked up??‍♀️

Fries were old and cold, need to change out grease as well. Burger was dry, not fresh, we got 3 burgers and not 1 came the way it was ordered. Ketchup was empty so had to wait at counter for someone to bring an order to ask for ketchup. The drink machine is no longer self serve, which after waiting 3 minutes for ketchup, encouraged us to not get refills. The order number was never called so our food sat there until we went back up there to check on it. Went around 130 pm so maybe it's better to go when they are busy.

Waited a long time for someone to ask for my order at drive thru even though they weren't as busy as usual, but when someone finally opened the mic, it was to snarl something in Spanish that sounded really nasty, and then it sounded like she started arguing with someone inside the restaurant. Very ugly experience. I drove away and got a nice sandwich down the street at a different place. McDonald's has really gone downhill.

The girl in drive-thru they say her name is Andrea is very rude can’t take a order don’t give you time to get your order out and go inside they got 30 peoples working on the inside one or maybe two can understand English food still is cold they got fries piled up in a station that’s why the fries are cold they needs to do better cause this is sad people pay all that money for rude service and cold food

Went to pickup breakfast for my wife and her co workers went thru the drive thru. When the lady gave me my order I told her that the order she gave me was not mine. She proceeded to tell me it was and that is what I paid for. I repeated to her what I had ordered and she told me in what little English she knew to pull up. When another young lady brought me what I thought was the rest of my order I was still missing items. I asked the young lady where was the rest of my order, but she didn't seem to understand me. After waiting for her to come back I finally went inside and had to tell the manager on duty that I was missing some items. She gave me what was missing and I left. This store has always had problems even more so now. If you have an employees who doesn't understand English handing out the orders they need to be trained to read the tickets so this mistake doesn't happen.
