Still love Panera. Every time I go for lunch the lady in the drive is super sweet and funny. I come back quite often to get my Chipotle chicken melt and a bowl of tomato soup. They are super delicious and got a friend to even try the sandwich and now she's hooked.

When did Panera become $100 for a family 4?While the food was good, the prices are out of line. $100 to eat with plastic cutlery and cups? Restaurants offer more and better for lease. Service was slow but fine.Dine in area was dirty. I believe the problem is that they've cut back on personnel. Only 1 person to take orders, delivery orders, clean tables and refill self-serve stations. No digital kiosks.There were ads for a new menu coming in April. Hopefully better and more affordable with real siliverware...

$15 for 2 bagels and a very small smoothie. They did not put the cream cheese on the bagels. The lady at the window didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate.

The bread was cold, the onions in my sandwich were soggy, and tasted like they were cut 3 days ago. The soups were luke warm, and gross. $38 for two people for a half a sandwich, a soup, and a drink AND they have the computer set up to ask for a tip. NEVER
Waste of money. $40 for two half sandwiches, two bowls of soup, and 2 drinks. McDonald's is better than this place.

It was pretty good. It had a big open area and not a lot of people. They people taking our order was really nice. The food is a little more than others but that is because they give you a lot of food. This place was great and my only concern is how big the sandwiched are. But the solution to them is press down on the sandwiches. Other than that I think this is a good place to eat. That’s why I give this place 4 stars!

My wife and I had a great time! Enjoyed the food, very fresh for a Saturday evening meal. Salad, Turkey Bacon Bravo, broccoli cheddar soup and chicken wild rice soup ALL delicious!

Went in the middle of the day on a Wednesday (10/18) no cars in the drive through or parking lot and was told they weren’t serving soup. I was dumbfounded. I asked “all soups,” and received “we are all out of soup,” NOT ONE OPTION? Big disappointment.

Waited in the drive through for 10 mins with no answer, went inside and multiple people passed by me multiple times and didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't try the drive through last time, but the same thing happened inside. I loved my Panera by my old house, this one is so disappointing.
