I love the food at this place. Their French dip sandwich is incredible and the calzones Are delicious. Price is a bit in the high side so it's not where I take the whole family often. Lots of space in the dining area. It's clean and well kept but there's no real ambiance, so it's all about the food instead of mood.

Well another chain Restaurant that I'll take off my lunch list. $35 for two small sandwiches chips and a drink. Sad, this place used to be packed at lunch and nobody is here. I would also think for $35 for two sandwiches the tables would be cleaned off.

I've always like d Schlotzsky's, we usually hit the one on Andrews Hwy due to its location but we came to this one recently because we were on this side of town. The service was really good, staff was friendly & helpful & the place was clean & comfortable. I think in the future we will drive the extra distance to come to this location.
Placed a online order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Once I got here I was told they are backed up with online orders. But people walking in are getting their orders before me. 45min wait for online, in house order under 10min?????

Just got the California chicken avocado flatbread and one of the ingredients was soured. Not sure if it was the meat or what but it tasted disgusting made me feel sick after a few bites.

The unprofessionalism of the lady at the drive through taking orders was insane. I ordered my first sandwich and she immediately told me my total. I told her I had more to order and she stayed silent. I ordered the second one and asked for guacamole and she just repeated the sandwich to me. I can then hear in the background someone saying we don’t have that. She comes back laughing tries to talk to me but it comes out in Spanish. Laughs some more I told her just the sand which is fine and she can’t even ask me any more questions because she’s laughing so hard. I drove away. Nothing about my order was funny. Very disrespectful and rude!! Went to the location on Andrews. The lady was SO sweet and got my order and food out in a timely manner.

03/10/2023. Employee was exceptionally rude while ordering. Presented a coupon for them to use and the first employee refused it. The manager then took over and continued with the transaction, also neglecting the coupon. Recommend avoiding this Schlotzky's in favor of other locations.

Great place to eat! I walked in today getting lunch. They were having the grand reopening and I asked them what was going on, they told me about the special and I mentioned I was getting lunch for my family, especially for my daughter and son in law, so they didn't have to get out with their new twin boys that were just a week old! The owners bought our lunch and it was so generous and very unexpected! I come in town every weekend to see my family and this is where I eat! Thank you so much, again! It was an amazing act of kindness. Great food, great people and always a smile when you go in! God bless you all!
