Order a ghost pepper ranch burger they didn’t make the order right they gave me a chicken sandwich then I went back ask them to fix my order they took my food back per policy they can not get food back that they hand out and then they gave me my burger all cold lobby says open till 10 pm and the doors where locked why have a sign if it’s not true ? Don’t recommend going there worst experience ever at a Wendys
Doors open at 630am according to the hours for lobby. We came at 815am. today. The doors were locked, and I had to go through the drive through when couldn't cuz of our vehicle I was in. Employees were rude when I asked why. I will not be back.

This store is absolutely PATHETIC! Food is NEVER made correctly they always give you attitude when you ask them to fix your food and when you pull up all you see thru the windows is all the employees on their phone.Our food was cold our fries were like rubber they were so old and if they don't put the entire bottle of mayo on your burger they put nothing on it at all. I don't understand when the standard for customer service was left in the trash. No one cares to do their job...read full review
