This store is absolutely PATHETIC! Food is NEVER made correctly they always give you attitude when you ask them to fix your food and when you pull up all you see thru the windows is all the employees on their phone.Our food was cold our fries were like rubber they were so old and if they don't put the entire bottle of mayo on your burger they put nothing on it at all. I don't understand when the standard for customer service was left in the trash. No one cares to do their job correctly, not the employees not the managers not anyone, if you don't want to do the job then go home and don't even bother, like what is the point.

Order a ghost pepper ranch burger they didn’t make the order right they gave me a chicken sandwich then I went back ask them to fix my order they took my food back per policy they can not get food back that they hand out and then they gave me my burger all cold lobby says open till 10 pm and the doors where locked why have a sign if it’s not true ? Don’t recommend going there worst experience ever at a Wendys

Doors open at 630am according to the hours for lobby. We came at 815am. today. The doors were locked, and I had to go through the drive through when couldn't cuz of our vehicle I was in. Employees were rude when I asked why. I will not be back.

Fresh food, good food, and employees were nice, but the cashier felt like she was in a hurry. Me&my husbands order was current, but not my kids. Asked for a #6 & and got 6 French toast.?. No I figured the lady was Listening, so I didn't have to look at my receipt to make sure she got it right. Oh, how much I was wrong. I had to eat the French toast while my kid ate my sandwich.?. I had to do what had to do so my kid would eat. 1 look at the receipt.not the bag.If u r reading this yr loved ?

Only been to this location a handful of times but they can never seem to get my order correct and only offer me to waste my gas to go back after getting home and settled to correct their mistakes. Hard to recommend this location to anyone with such poor service and attention to detail.

I was handed my drink by the female at the window I took a drink and it was flat I asked if I can please get something else since it didn't taste right she seemed annoyed didn't Apologize just asked what did I want I told her orange fanta I made the mistake of waiting till I drove off to taste it.... it taste like tap water. ?

Food is fine but the service couldn’t be worse. They will tell you to pull around the building and wait for your food when there is nobody even behind you in line.Come on Wendy’s get this location new management.

This location is trash. Staff at night is rude. They always give you old food or say they're closed. Cancel door dash orders for no reason. Tonight their "system is down". Missing out on money left and right because they don't want to work. So sad. I was excited they opened in the area but everything but breakfast is disappointing. Idk who is in charge but there's clearly no accountability or oversight. Hire better. Train better. Pay attention to what is happening at your business. The profits have to be hurting. There's no way they have this many issues. Just lazy.

Dave Thomas would be embarrassed! The employees should be ashamed to work here. I hate writing bad reviews, but the experience beginning with being ignored during lunch hour (not just by the counter worker who was cleaning tables, but the entire crew), slow service afterwards, a cold kid size burger (again this is 1:00PM), no ice in the coke machine and having to yell at someone to get a minimal from the drive through worker who was playing on the phone...

5:50 a.m. app order received and charged. I had to be at nearby 6 a.m. appt5:59 after being ignored at two windows, I call. Female says "I am just opening."Needless to say I was late.Maybe do not advertise 5:30 a.m. drive thru and an "I am sorry for your troubles/wait."
