When I take trips my goal is always to find a local roaster to get a bag of beans to take home to Ohio. On a trip to mineral wells for a funeral my girlfriend found this place. Super well setup inside and an amazing selection with super knowledgeable staff. Answered questions talked shop ended up with an Ethiopian guji. The light roast I took home feels more medium, but I can’t knock points when it’s smooth with lots of funky notes notes from the natural process still shining...read full review
