This brew house was pretty cool, had a chill vibe since it was pretty early in the day. The bartender wasn't in your face the whole time which was nice. We didn't order any food but the beers were delicious, the back in black was smooth and had the porter feel without the 12% ABV. Next time we're in the area we will definitely be back.

My husband and I recently hiked at Lake Mineral Wells State Park and discovered this brewery just 5 miles away. Robbie was fantastic, offering excellent recommendations and being incredibly friendly. The German Hefeweizen was a standout, and we were lucky to bring our tired, calm dog inside. With live music adding to the great vibe, it turned out to be the perfect treat!

Ordered the charcuterie board and it came in a prepackaged plastic to-go plate consisting of sandwich deli meat and some grapes/olives - for $20! It was nasty and expensive. Sat at the bar and it took forever to be waited on and had to flag down a server a few times just to place an order. Super strange environment. Can't say I'll be back.

Stopped in twice during our overnight in Mineral Wells. Great staff with good drink recommendations. Quiet stop to relax. We enjoyed the shelf of board games and card games - great reminder of our lives before the internet took over!

Tried the 1877 Black Oatmeal Stout and it was excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed. There was live music when we visited, the musicians were good. Overall a great experience. Recommend stopping in for a drink or two.
