Great food and affordable prices, once upon a time! This is a Valley/Mission staple that should’ve surpassed the test of time. Unfortunately the business is closed and neither google or Facebook can update the status so you end up driving over there thinking it’ll be open. Once you see the parking lot you see that it is full but upon closer inspection you can see there is no activity inside the kitchen. The numbers listed are out of order as well. Luau Drive Inn is a Valley/Mission staple known for its great food and affordable prices. Despite being closed now, it was an institution loved by generations. The torta de milanesa and bacon hot dogs are highly recommended. The place might be missed, with a full parking lot but no activity inside. It's a spot worth visiting in Deep South Texas for delicious, fresh food, like the tasty torta de milanesa and bacon hot dogs.
