If you like cooked protein they will not season it or add any sauce while cooking (because they don’t want to get the grill dirty as stated by many employees in multiple occasions). I stopped going because of this. According to employees management doesn’t allow anything but raw protein (chicken, salmon, and shrimp) without seasoning on the grill. This gives the protein a very unpleasant and raw taste.If you are into raw protein they do have a good selection of fish protein. Their greens and selections are always fresh. It really is a great restaurants. It just baffles me that a restaurant doesn’t want to get their grill dirty and compromise the quality and taste of their food. When this changes, I will be going back. For now I’m in search of another poke place.

I used to love this place, but the last three times I have gone to the location on 495 the vegetables, tuna and salmon displayed on the fridges looks days old. I am just concerned because you need to be very cautious with seafood.Staff is very friendly though

I went today for lunch and they did not have about 5 things I wanted; they did not have sushi rice, so I went with brown. No spicy tuna, but they said they could add some other sauce to make it spicy. They had no kale, mango and edamame, so I adjusted and adapted and added some other stuff. I really want to like this place, I live very close. They server was very nice and I don’t think this was her fault but I don’t know. I will give it another shot, see how it goes. I understand things happen; maybe this is not the way it is all the time.

Had the pleasure of trying a bowl at the networking event at golds and WOW! I finished my salmon bowl by the time I got to the vehicle. Very delicious and portioned so well. Will definitely continue to give business. Happy vibes! ✨

This place really went downhill. They didn’t even fill my bowl half way and I can only assume it’s because the workers are too lazy to make/cut up more of the ingredients. The size of the bowls have changed multiple times yet the price stays the same. Last time giving my business here.
