This place was recommended to me by the ladies working at the original Southern Roots on Main St in McAllen and I was not disappointed. The service, atmosphere, the food were all excellent and I look forward to coming back again.
The food was delicious. We all loved it. The people working there are all very nice and attentive, and they have a lot of cute photo spots. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Totally recommend.Parking: Entrance is a bit hidden.

My sister and I came with my 2 year old niece for breakfast. The staff was real kind especially our waiter. My niece would make little quirks and noises and he was friendly with her easing the quiet atmosphere for her to be comfortable. Aftee a delicious breakfast we shoped for some flowers at the market and browsed the boutique. Amazing experience!
